Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk (or milk of your choice)
  • 3 tablespoons of honey
  • 1/2 cup of old rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup of fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup of Fresh blackberries
  • 1/3 cup of Greek yogurt or vanilla yogurt
  • 2tsp Arawak Farm Blue-Blackberry Spicy Fruit Spread
  • 1/4 cup of ice cubes

Directions

Put all ingredients in your blender.

Add the ice cubes, cover and blend until smooth.
